1. What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email), intake answers, check-ins, and — with your permission — data from connected wearables and phone sensors such as sleep, activity, and heart-rate signals. We collect the minimum needed to run your plan.

2. How we use it

Your data powers your adaptive plan, weekly reports, and coaching answers. We also use aggregated, de-identified statistics to improve the product — for example, that members gain an average of 22 wellness points by week eight.

3. What we never do

• Never sell your personal or health data.
• Never share identifiable data with advertisers or data brokers.
• Never share anything with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

4. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is limited to vetted staff under strict controls, and wearable tokens are stored separately from identifying details.

5. Your controls

Export everything anytime from Settings. Delete your account and all associated data in one tap — deletion completes within 30 days, backups included. Disconnecting a wearable stops all future syncs immediately.
