You do not need a two-hour routine. You need twenty focused minutes that tell your body the day has started on your terms. This is the exact sequence our coaches prescribe to members who want more energy before 9am.

Minutes 0–5: light and water

Step into daylight within minutes of waking and drink a full glass of water. Light anchors your circadian clock; hydration restores what the night took.

Minutes 5–15: move gently

Ten minutes of mobility — neck rolls, hip openers, a slow walk around the block. The goal is circulation, not sweat. Pair it with three rounds of slow nasal breathing.

Minutes 15–20: plan the day

Write down the one habit that matters today and when it happens. Members who anchor a habit to a time and place complete it far more often than those who keep it vague.

Twenty minutes, five days a week, beats a perfect routine you abandon by February.
